Paradise Hills Rules

We don't force people to read the information provided, but we require them to sign a form stating that they will be financially responsible for any damage to our facilities or trees.

1. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. That includes those over 18 years of age.
2. No trees will be cut or modified by any guests
3. We DO NOT accept responsibility for your behavior! You are expected to self-police. This means it is up to you to make sure alcohol use among other things is done moderately and responsibly.
4. Unsafe, loud, disrespectful, difficult or annoying behavior WILL NOT be tolerated. If we have to address any of these behaviors, you will be escorted off the property and not allowed back.
5. Don’t liter. Please deposit all food waste, trash, cigarette butts & recyclables in the provided proper receptacles.
6. No building, barn, stall or pasture may be entered without permission from staff.
7. We are not responsible for your property.
